this band was the music-group of a Psycho-sect led by the Japanese philosopher Oscar Ichazo in Massachussetts in the late 60’s/early 70’s (& I think they’re still existing nowadays). In the early 70’s they gathered in the town of Arica in Northern Chile and recorded this debut with percussion brewing jams with spiritual overtones, eastern trancey passages & free-form Jazz elements. Side 4 has „Water“ and during 16 minutes of Free-Form-Jazz improvisation you get the feeling that the spirit of Coltrane is shaking hands with the one of George Russell!! Mantra-droning voices, athmo-laden vaults!! Comes in beautiful „mandala“-textured FOC with descriptive notes on the spiritual dimension enclosed./gold-label/they did 3 albums at the time with this 1 being their 1st & rarest.
